As a Tennessee liberty-loving and self-reliant homesteader, I’m deeply frustrated with the current state of our economy, which I see as bloated and manipulated by big government and crony capitalism. The Federal Reserve is a fraud that needs to end yesterday—it’s nothing but a tool for inflating our money and dictating rates that distort true market forces, and I’d cheer if Trump or anyone finally dismantled it to starve the beast of endless spending.
Income taxes are theft, plain and simple; delete them entirely and let free markets cure issues like banking monopolies by slashing regulations on small players so real competition can flourish. Corporate liability shields like that awful Tennessee HB809 bill are a travesty, protecting fraudsters while hardworking folks pay the price—give me Milton Friedman and Thomas Sowell’s wisdom over price controls or bailouts any day.
Ultimately, the path to prosperity is less government meddling, more individual freedom, and God bless the unhindered free market to sort it out.
