About Me

About Me post thumbnail image

I was born in Biloxi, MS just feet from the Gulf of America. My Dad was in the Air Force and we moved a lot. I went to 10 different schools my 12 years of school and lived in several states including Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, New Hampshire, Virginia, and Alaska.
I landed at Auburn University and joined the Air Force reserves as an air Medic. I married an Army officer and moved to Germany right after my daughter was born. When we returned to the states, I joined a US Army medical unit in Washington.
When my marriage ended, I moved to Los Angeles with my daughter and worked as an engineer there for several years. I hated California and as soon as I had an opportunity to start my own business and get out, I did, moving to Tennessee in 2003. My daughter graduated from Clay County High School and then from University of Tennessee.

Tennessee was the best decision of my life.
I went back to engineering at EATON and then FLEXIAL after Eaton closed.

My husband and I own a farm in Jackson County on Morrison Creek. His family were early settlers to this area and he has lived in Clay and Jackson his whole life. We have cattle, hogs, chickens and lots of dogs. We love the homesteading life.

I have always been interested in governance. I campaigned for Ronald Reagan in college and for several others throughout my life. I am a big fan of Ron Paul and all other Liberty loving servants to our great country.

I would love to represent your interests as your commissioner of District 3. I will serve with integrity.
